Products from our USA distributing centers Shipping from within The United States and Canada usually takes 2-7 business days for delivery. However, please allow between 15-30 days for your order to arrive. If more than 7 business days have passed, please immediately Message Us on the store website for 24/7 response and or email us at info@kmemeanstheverybest.com. Or Call us at 1-(647) 701-4710 to review the status of your order. All orders come with a tracking number so that you can see the status of your order delivered to your location. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary. 

Refunds 
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your order was received, unfortunately, you accepted. Sadly we can’t offer you a refund.

For You To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
